They ordered the new unit on Tuesday, and it was professionally installed by Thursday. I also had them diagnose an issue with my AC unit, which will also be replaced at a later time by them. Alex from Fuse came out to help us twice; the first for HVAC maintenance (cleaning our AC system) and the second to diagnose and fix an electric circuit controlling our grounded outlets. He provided excellent & timely service with great pricing. In particular, he was extremely persistent & patient while mapping one of our electric circuits to find & identify which GFCI outlet was responsible for the breaker trip (it was hidden away!).
