​Fuse is an excellent, well-trained, and experienced company. I initially called them for maintenance on my tankless water heater, but when it eventually needed replacing, the service was impeccable. They ordered the new unit on Tuesday, and it was professionally installed by Thursday. I also had them diagnose an issue with my AC unit, which will also be replaced at a later time by them. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work and equipment provided. I especially appreciated their punctuality, clear communication, and the respect they showed for my home. Alex from Fuse came out to help us twice; the first for HVAC maintenance (cleaning our AC system) and the second to diagnose and fix an electric circuit controlling our grounded outlets. He provided excellent & timely service with great pricing. In particular, he was extremely persistent & patient while mapping one of our electric circuits to find & identify which GFCI outlet was responsible for the breaker trip (it was hidden away!). I got our dishwasher fixed. It was a great overall experience. The technician was very knowledgeable and did an awesome job.  No upselling or nonsense, just fixing what was needed, which is so refreshing. I highly recommend Fuse. This fix saved us money from having to buy another dishwasher. I've used Fuse for both our rental property and our own  property. The service is some of the best I've ever experienced. Alex has fixed 2 dryers, a washer, fixed plumbing, and maintenance on my AC unit. My buddy used Fuse as well to fix his AC unit. Alex and the rest of the crew are amazing. Super kind, and really want to make sure they take care of you. They also are great at telling you what you can do to prevent yourself from future issues and even will answer tons of questions and not treat it like it's some ancient secret passed down from appliance tech to appliance tech.
